Note to Whistleblowers: while we welcome the flow of information and will keep everything confidential insofar as we can, we cannot --
because of our charitable status -- engage in any form of activity which might be seen as "political" (in a Party or Activist sense), nor can we
use any documents unavailable in the public domain. There are websites and campaigning organisations which do publish and act on such
information, and there are some brave journalists and publications (such as "Private Eye") which sometimes take up individual issues in
confidence. We hope you can understand our situation. As mentioned before, we do find that such items can inform our own researches,
and we are grateful for them whenever we get them. We really do understand the frustrations of change:
our wide editorial panel has over 400 years of mental health experience!
